I agree to dis-apply this Regulation and exercise my right of personal choice to be able to work in excess of 48 hours per week. I understand that I will not be treated with any detriment for any choice I make and that I have a statutory right to change this decision at any time in the future. To exercise this right, I agree to give the Company three months' notice in writing. This agreement is valid for the duration of my employment with the Company.

I agree to treat as secret and confidential and not at any time, for any reason, to disclose or permit to be disclosed to any persons, companies or otherwise, to make use of, or permit to be made use of, any information relating to Capricorn Groups and their Clients' business processes, business affairs or finances. Where knowledge or details of the information was received during the period of this agreement and upon termination of this agreement, to return to Capricorn Group all working papers, passes or other material/s provided either in pursuance of this agreement or previously.
