Based in Manchester and Leeds, Capricorn are one of the fastest growing and respected security provision companies in the Northwest. We assist companies in providing Security and Events Staff for Leisure premises such as 20 Stories Bar & Restaurant, Media Protection Officers for Tv & Film like Coronation Street (Manchester) and Happy Valley (Yorkshire). Events Staff for concerts like Ed Sheeran and Manchester City home games at the Etihad Stadium. Our client focused Recruitment Team work from our modern office space in Manchester with a weekly visit to Leeds.

What’s my Role?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager to join our innovative team. Working within the Recruitment and Management team, you will be key to ensuring that the needs of our existing customer base are met at all times, focusing on advertising, recruiting both new and experienced Security Staff. Growing key relationships with Job Centres and Training Providers as well as using our website and job platforms to help maximise the number of staff we recruit continually. You will need to have great communication and organisation skills, engaging throughout the end to end process with the Recruitment Team, Operations Teams and Business Owner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, to which we pride ourselves on. Working hours will be from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional requirement to work outside of these hours to maintain support where needed.


* Maintaining great relationships with all Job Centres, Training Providers and other recruitment avenues, with all communication up to date and documented within our internal CRM system for compliance. * Ability to work to targets so that a large number of applicants are interviewed and deployed on a weekly basis. * Organisation and planning skills so as to sit with Management and create pools of staff at the times required. * Utilising and building your own network to attract new staff, via a number of different channels e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, networking events, job fairs etc. * Liaising with our Operations Teams, always ensuring that agreed time-frames are met, leading to the best customer experience. * Comfortably managing a team of 2 recruiters and setting daily/weekly tasks by prioritising and distributing best resources due to demands of the business. * Manchester office based with Yorkshire visit once weekly.

What experience should I have?

* Highly ambitious, target driven and self-motivated? * Experienced in recruiting volumes of staff across the Northwest? * Able to hit the ground running and quickly establish strong relationships with Job Centres and training providers by using your own initiative? * Able to work independently, as well as part of a team? * An excellent communicator, organiser and someone with a strong background in Recruitment. * An excellent verbal and written communicator? * Able to work to multiple deadlines / timeframes?
