No rest for Capricorn Media Protection
Summer 2022 has been a massive Success for Capricorn Media Protection after working on a number of high-profile productions here in the North west, as well as Yorkshire.
The staff on the frontline and the Head Office Management have worked tirelessly to maintain our exceptional standards across the board.
It is always a pleasure to play our part In such large-scale productions, whilst also working with talented crew and cast across some of our most beautiful locations here in the North west.
Joy for Capricorn at Laughterama
Late September concluded Laughterama after seven fantastic shows across five nights at Castlefield Bowl.
A core team of Capricorn management & guards were on hand to ensure the safety and security of over 14,000 fans who were in attendance during the week.
Manager of Security Operations Ric Hubert was delighted with how the production panned out.
This is the first time ’57 Festivals’ have decided to bring this product out of London & I just want to highlight what a success it has been. The five nights have gone exceptionally well and everyone left with a smile on their face which was great to see!’

Banksy Art Exhibition
Capricorn Security began working on the Art of Banksy exhibition this week as fans flocked to Media City to see some of the most famous artwork ever created.
The exhibition is running from October all the way through until early January and will showcase 145 iconic pieces from prints, canvases and sculptures created by the artist, all of which are on loan from 40 collectors from around the globe to create the world’s largest touring collection of authenticated and unique Banksy artworks.
This major exhibition has already brought Banksy’s era defining works to over one million people across the globe including Melbourne, Chicago, San Francisco, Sydney, Washington DC, Boston, Tel Aviv, Auckland, Toronto, and Miami.
Blossoming relationship with MCFC
We are delighted with the progress made over the past few months as we go from strength the strength working with Manchester City Football Club.
We are scheduled to deploy over 80 staff for the game on Saturday, an increase from an average of 45 during the course of last season. Having expanded our contract to cover various hospitality positions this season, as well as our usual K gate, it is fantastic to see the contract grow week by week.
As ever, it is only right to congratulate the brilliant management team of Andy, Neve, and Ric, whilst also highlighting the hard work of our guards who put in the hours every matchday!
Acquisition of Delta Elite Keyholding
We are delighted to announce that Capricorn Security have completed the acquisition of Delta Elite Keyholding. We have now attained a substantial number of brand-new clients to our portfolio across the Northwest, as well as increasing our fleet of company vehicles.
This acquisition demonstrates the growth and direction in which we pride ourselves on, building on the existing brand strengths and reputations that will bring immediate benefits to our customers and colleagues.
PPE rollout across NHS platform
Over the past few weeks we have made significant investments within our NHS platform to improve the overall standards across the board.
As you can see, the Personal Protective Equipment in which we decided to acquire include high tech body armor, the latest body cams including ultra HD 4K, whilst also purchasing body camera harnesses to ensure our guards are in the best position to deal with any conflict.
We felt this investment aligned with the high standards in which we demonstrate on a day-to-day basis. As a group were are delighted with how this rollout has unfolded.
