• Hold a valid SIA DS Licence • Have a professional and logical approach to your work and have good problem-solving skills • Greeting customers and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner • Can work on your own initiative and have a ‘Can-Do’ attitude, as well as being able to work as a part of a team • Can work under pressure and are able to demonstrate confidence and calmness in challenging situations • Respond quickly and robustly to any disruptions or disturbances and follow protocols when dealing with incidents. • Have excellent communication and customer service skills • Carry out security searches as and when required • Are reliable, flexible, and committed to always working to the highest standards • Are always customer focused • Be of smart appearance and act in a courteous manner

• Valid SIA DS Licence holder • A minimum of 12 months experience of working in the leisure industry or in a customer service role • Compliant to BS7858 and able to provide a 5-year checkable history • Full UK Driving License and use of a vehicle would be beneficial • PPE and any site-specific training will be provided by Capricorn Security Group Benefits: • Immediate start (subject to pre-screening) • Salary is £12.00 per hour • Weekly pay • Holiday pay • Company Pension Scheme • Additional work at a variety of venues in Manchester City Centre, and other areas of the business • Further training opportunities
