What experience should I have?
- Valid SIA DS Licence holder
- A minimum of 12 months experience of working in the leisure industry or in a customer service role
- Compliant to BS7858 and able to provide a 5-year checkable history
- Full UK Driving License and use of a vehicle would be beneficial
- PPE and any site-specific training will be provided by Capricorn Security Group

Key Skills required:
- Hold a valid SIA DS Licence

- Can work on your own initiative and have a ‘Can-Do’ attitude, as well as being able to work as a part of a team
- Can work under pressure and are able to demonstrate confidence and calmness in challenging situations
- Respond quickly and robustly to any disruptions or disturbances and follow protocols when dealing with incidents.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Carry out security searches as and when required
- Are reliable, flexible, and committed to always working to the highest standards
