Bed-Watch Security
Capricorn NHS trained staff monitor high risk patients, adults, and children, who have been admitted to hospital and have been identified as violent, aggressive, or lacking capacity. They will be required to continuously monitor the patient’s behaviour to ensure their welfare and the welfare of the NHS staff caring for them.
A&E Security
A&E security sees our officers dealing with a variety of incidents, protection of life and property, drunken disorderly, violence and aggression, emotionally vulnerable patients, or families, patrolling and general day to day support to patients and staff which can include directions to other departments with the hospital.
Ward-Response Security
Ward response officers are required to have positive and effective verbal communication skills with the ability to follow the correct voice procedures on the radio.
- Knowledge of their surroundings so that they can respond swiftly and effectively when called to an incident.
- The ability to form a mental action plan whilst in transit to the response required.
Fire Marshalls
Our SIA Licenced Fire-Marshalls will adhere to your standard operating procedures to ensure seamless integration with your day to day operations. Using continuous location services, you can be sure of prompt action in the event of a fire.
