Renowned for our professionalism, we are the first port of call for Film TV & Media Security when filming on location in and around the North West and Yorkshire Regions. Our ability to provide a bespoke service to meet each client’s individual needs has meant we have been privileged to work on some amazing Film and TV Productions over the years for all the big names in the industry.
Our speciality is looking after Production Unit Bases, Filming Locations and TV Studios, both temporary and permanent, which are often a target for over inquisitive members of the public, as well as “undesirables”.
Our staff can be on site ahead of your team to ensure unobstructed access to your Unit Base/Location, and our security operatives will liaise with the unit/location manager to ensure all set and production vehicles are correctly parked.

A big feather in our cap is the well-established relationship we have providing Security Guarding and Close Protection services, to our long-term clients and the stalwarts of British TV, Coronation Street & Emmerdale, both at their permanent homes and when filming on location. We’re also regularly called upon to provide guarding services and accompany artistes from these shows to TV Award Dinners, In-house celebrations and at private functions, and have built up a great rapport and trust with some of the most well-known faces in British Soaps.

Location Coning
A key part of the logistics around having an uninterrupted shoot is ensuring the ‘no go’ or ‘filming’ area is clearly defined. Coning off areas and obtaining total control of the location is something we specialise in, and we have the staff specially trained and equipped to carry out coning operations on any scale. We recognise the importance of parking bays being kept clear for the Technical and Unit Base vehicles and will ensure allocated areas are kept coned for as long as required.
Our priority is maximising safety to the site at all times whilst minimising disruption to the public and we realise the importance of our staff building great working relationships with local residents to gain trust and ensure their co-operation. Our staff can also be on site ahead of your team to ensure unobstructed access to your Unit Base/Location.
